Your sessions are held in a sacred space that is supported by my team in spirit.  Your spirit team and higher self are guiding my work with you.  I am open to the guidance of sacred spirit in our work together and at times will call upon Archangels or Ascended Masters.

        Our sessions will vary depending on your needs. Some days will be focused on table work, moving energy with Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, or channeling healing masters. Other sessions may be more focused on the Emotion Code, Body Code or Tapping.

        As we work, I will share the information I'm receiving through my spirit team as well as my perception of what's happening for you. I will access different healing methods depending on what your team is directing. Releasing trapped emotions and energies requires not only your consent, but an intention to release and heal. Your active participation in this process is necessary. Your job is to be present for your own experience in the moment and share feedback with me as we work.

      I honor your awareness of your needs and preferences for our session. Our relationship is collaborative. I hold expertise in certain matters, but you are the expert on yourself! I want to know your opinion about what you believe would be most helpful for you in reaching your wellness goals. It's important to me that we communicate before during and after the energy work to ensure that you understand what's happening and that your needs are being met.
